Product(s) Arrived Damaged or Defective?
Uh-oh, those darn delivery mishaps! If our eco-friendly packaging didn't fully protect your products, no worries, we’ll make it right! Just snap a picture of the damage and let us know.

Action Plan:
Email mom@raddadhemp.com with your order confirmation number in the subject line, attach a clear picture of the damaged product, and include a note like, “My product arrived damaged, and I’d like to…”


Received the Wrong Hemp Product?
Oops! If we sent the wrong item, we apologize (we’re human too!). We’ll fix it with a smile and get the right product to you.

Action Plan:
Email mom@raddadhemp.com with your order confirmation number, a picture of the incorrect product, and a note like, “I received the wrong product, and I’d like to initiate an exchange.”


Exchange Eligibility and Returns by Mail
You can exchange an item if it arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong product. To start the process, we’ll need your order confirmation number or proof of purchase. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and send the replacement. You’ll have 10 days after receiving our Exchange Initiation email to send the item(s) back before the exchange is considered void.

Please note, for now, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
